Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective market analysis competitor insights and strong product knowledge.
- Identify target markets analyze demand and develop sales strategies to drive growth.
- Acquire new business and expand existing client accounts.
- Support client onboarding by coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth solution adoption.
- Gather and share structured client feedback to improve products and customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure full solution utilization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 10 years of B2B sales experience preferably in HR consultancy HR tech or related industries in the UAE.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license.
