Job Summary
Apt Resources is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our clients team in Dubai. This presents an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in accounting. As a Junior Accountant you will assist with various accounting responsibilities ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing financial statements
- Support daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts
- Help with budget preparation and financial audits
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- Proven experience in an accounting role
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
