Job Summary

A high-profile VIP family in Abu Dhabi is looking for a dedicated and experienced female Fitness & Nutrition Specialist to join their private household team. This is a rare opportunity for a skilled and professional trainer to work in a private well-established setting that values quality discretion and personal attention.

About the Role
Youll be based at a private long-standing wellness facility exclusively serving the family. With over 30 years of operational excellence the facility is equipped to support personalized fitness goals in a secure and supportive environment

Responsibilities Include

- Conduct initial fitness assessments and track progress over time

- Design and deliver customized workout programs

- Provide one-on-one and small group training

- Educate on equipment usage and fitness techniques

- Expertise in nutrition and daily meal planning

- Consistently prioritize the familys nutrition and guidance to complement fitness programs

- Ensure safety hygiene and proper use of the facility and equipment

- Administer first aid or CPR if needed

- Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with all family members

- Stay updated on latest fitness trends techniques and certifications

- Strong communication and client-handling skills

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Already in the UAE with experience in the UAE

- 3 years of personal training experience

- Recognized PT and/or group fitness certifications

- Nutritionist certification

- Strong command of English (conversational and instructional)

- Physically fit adaptable and able to work long hours when needed

- Discreet reliable and respectful of personal boundaries

- Comfortable working in a private/VIP household environment

- Motivational

- Proven experience of CPR and First Aid
