- Complex pre-transaction and strategic due diligence
- Fraud misconduct and integrity investigations
- Disputes and litigation-support assignments
- High-risk market entry and counterparty assessments
Engagements are typically cross-border time-sensitive and judgment-driven requiring discretion independence of thought and the ability to operate without heavy institutional scaffolding.
Candidate Profile
This role is well suited to professionals with 10-12 years experience currently or recently operating in:
- Big 4 forensic disputes investigations or risk advisory practices
- Large consulting or accounting firms with exposure to sensitive matters
- Senior advisory or research-led roles supporting boards GCs or investment committees
Ideal candidates will bring:
- Proven experience leading investigations or diligence engagements end-to-end
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report sign-off
- Sound commercial judgement and an understanding of risk reputation and enforcement dynamics
