Job Summary
Apt Resources is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity as a Kids Club Attendant at a prestigious Luxury Resort located by the stunning Red Sea. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children and a desire to create a fun safe and enriching environment for young guests. This role involves supervising childrens activities planning engaging programs and ensuring the highest level of service in the Kids Club.
Responsibilities
- Welcome children and their families to the Kids Club providing a warm and engaging environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs that promote creativity teamwork and physical activity.
- Supervise childrens play to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience while adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Communicate with parents regarding their childrens participation and progress in activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club ensuring all equipment and toys are safe and in good condition.
- Handle any issues or concerns with professionalism and sensitivity ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Assist with special events and themed activities such as holiday celebrations and organized games.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare camp or recreational setting is preferred.
- A degree or certification in Child Development Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with children and their families.
- Creative thinking and enthusiasm to develop engaging programming and activities.
- Ability to ensure a safe and nurturing atmosphere at all times.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
- A passion for working with children and contributing to memorable family experiences.
