Job Summary
Middle East Mattress Factory Co. is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Showroom Salesman/Saleswoman to join our dedicated team. As a leader in the mattress industry for over 30 years we take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional customer this role you will engage with customers in our showroom promote our range of mattresses and help clients find the perfect sleep solution tailored to their needs. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right mattresses and bedding products by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to showcase the quality and value of our offerings.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with leads generated through in-store interactions.
- Stay informed about product knowledge sales promotions and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Sales is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work attractively and engage customers effectively.
- Proficient in handling sales transactions and cash registers.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Male / Female.
- Age range: 25 to 35 years.
- Lebanese national.
