OnTime Group is actively looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate Dental Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our this role you will work alongside a team of dental professionals to deliver high-quality dental care ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment in a supportive environment. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the patient experience and facilitating smooth operations within the polyclinic.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists during various procedures and treatments providing necessary chairside support
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments while adhering to infection control standards and protocols
Educate patients on oral hygiene preventive care and post-treatment instructions
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records documenting treatments and interactions
Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient patient flow within the polyclinic
Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures as directed by the supervising dentist
Respond to patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience

Requirements

Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Nursing License
Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
Prior experience in dental nursing is preferred
Strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care techniques
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Willingness to be flexible with working hours and responsibilities as needed
