OnTime Group is actively looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate Dental Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our this role you will work alongside a team of dental professionals to deliver high-quality dental care ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment in a supportive environment. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the patient experience and facilitating smooth operations within the polyclinic.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during various procedures and treatments providing necessary chairside support
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments while adhering to infection control standards and protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene preventive care and post-treatment instructions
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records documenting treatments and interactions
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient patient flow within the polyclinic
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures as directed by the supervising dentist
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Nursing License
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Prior experience in dental nursing is preferred
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care techniques
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours and responsibilities as needed
