Job Summary
- Experience with organizational transformation and project management
- Experience with retail banking / product strategy and marketing; Retail product and customer journey experience (understands the needs of retail clients fine details of retail products the mechanics behind the products and experience with marketing these products)
- How to build business cases
- Relationship management with key stakeholders of the product team; able to connect the dots and facilitate strategy discussions and of initiatives
- An effective asset in conflict resolution and unblocking issues that are at a standstill
- Transversal coordination across the product team and the respective product managers to support the effectiveness of product delivery analysis and profitability
- Ensure consistent and regular market intelligence so we can better position our products and offers
As the key accountable for regulatory affairs that concern the product team he/she would coordinate and manage the asks coming to the team and ensure that mandates are actioned and key stakeholders are kept informed
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or any related discipline
- Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or any related discipline is an asset
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance and/or consumer banking products with at least 3 years in a similar role
