Job Summary
FLOWERBX is looking for a reliable well-organized and highly talented individual to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 8 years of experience in luxury event floristry working with leading brands and hotels. You will work closely with the FLOWERBX team to create stunning floral arrangements for our esteemed clients.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of florist experience.
- Experience managing a team of in-house florists but also coordinating freelancers.
- Proven track-record of planning executing and managing all aspects of floristry event production along with effective problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of various flower types and their seasonal availability.
- Experience with supply-chain and purchasing of flowers.
- Understanding of how to care for and condition different flowers and plants to preserve their freshness and vibrancy.
- A creative mindset with a wide-ranging interest in both modern trends and traditional floristry styles.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with others and cultivating strong relationships.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks and remaining calm under pressure.
- Keen attention to detail.
This is a full-time role with the requirement to work from the FLOWERBX studio in Dubai and client sites across the UAE. Occasional travel may also be required.
