Content & Digital Brand Lead (On-Camera Multi-Business)
Location: Dubai UAE (Office-based with some on-site/off-site filming)

We are building strong credible brands and are looking for a confident creative and commercially aware Content & Digital Brand Lead to become a visible face of the business across digital platforms.
Role Overview
This is not a junior social media role.
You will be responsible for creating presenting and distributing digital content that explains and promotes our services clearly professionally and engagingly. You must be comfortable on camera technically capable and confident representing the company publicly.
You will work closely with senior management and must quickly understand and communicate multiple service offerings.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. On-Camera Content Creation (Core Requirement)
- Appear on camera explaining our services across:
- TikTok
- Instagram Reels
- LinkedIn video
- Present content confidently clearly and professionally
- Film in-office client-facing and branded environments
- Represent the company image and values at all times
2. Content Planning & Production
- Create short-form video scripts and talking points
- Film and edit videos (Adobe Premiere / CapCut acceptable)
- Design supporting visuals using Canva
- Repurpose content across platforms
3. Social Media Management
- Manage posting schedules
- Maintain brand tone and consistency
- Monitor engagement and performance
- Support basic growth initiatives (hashtags captions formats)
4. Email & Digital Campaigns
- Assist with email marketing campaigns
- Create campaign visuals and content
- Coordinate with recruitment and sales teams on messaging
5. Website & Digital Support
- Make basic website updates (no coding required)
- Support landing pages and service pages
- Work with AI tools to improve efficiency and output
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
- 24 years experience in digital content / marketing
- Proven on-camera experience (must provide examples)
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident explaining professional services
- Video editing skills (Adobe / CapCut)
- Canva proficiency
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT Canva AI etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and presentation
Highly Desirable
- Experience with: Recruitment HR real estate or professional services
- Experience working with founder-led or service businesses
- Understanding of CRM/email tools (Zoho Mailchimp similar)
- Basic knowledge of content analytics
Personality & Professional Expectations
- Confident but not overbearing
- Professional polished and credible
- Creative and proactive
- Comfortable taking ownership
- Able to work independently without micromanagement
- Reliable and consistent under pressure
