Job Summary
The NOC Engineer - L1 role requires a professional with 3+ years of experience in a NOC environment. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Categorize the nature of alerts swiftly
- Define the priority of alert incidents promptly
- Recognize port numbers, IP ranges, subnets, and server device alarms proficiently
- Troubleshoot effectively without Internet access
- Maintain SLA response with zero breaches
- Coordinate independently with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate strong process knowledge and experience
- Handle NOC monitoring tools adeptly
- Utilize ITSM ticketing tools competently
- Develop SOPs continuously
- Initiate and drive Management Information (MI)
- Perform reporting and analytics tasks proficiently
- Exhibit good communication skills
Requirements:
- ITIL certification is mandatory
- Minimum CCNA/CCNP certification is required
