Job Summary
Job Title: Trainer UK Desk
Location: Dubai
Salary: From AED 6000 plus commissions
Job Description:
We are prioritizing the recruitment of a Trainer for our UK Desk in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the Forex industry specifically in a Team Leader (TL) or Sales Manager role and will be responsible for training and developing our team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff focused on sales techniques and product knowledge within the Forex industry.
- Assess training needs and create tailored training materials and sessions to enhance team skills and performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops utilizing various teaching methods to engage participants.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members to ensure skills are being applied effectively in real-world scenarios.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to staff to drive improvement in sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with management to align training objectives with company goals and KPI targets.
- Stay updated on Forex market trends and best practices to incorporate into training programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader Sales Manager or similar role in the Forex industry.
- Strong knowledge of Forex trading products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in training or mentoring is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
