POSITION TITLE: Junior Civil 3D Technician

BUSINESS UNIT: Civil Infrastructure

BRANCH / LOCATION: Dubai United Arab Emirates

REPORTS TO: Production Manager/ Project(s) Leader Senior Technician

SUPERVISES: Not Applicable

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: GSCEs or equivalent in Maths English Science

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering

REQUIRED PROF. MEMBERSHIIPS: Not Applicable

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production of CAD drawings from concept through scheme to detail stages of design under supervision of senior technicians.
Develop 2D and 3D design models using Civil 3D software.
Providing support to engineers

Maintain organized project files documentation and drawings ensuring version control and proper documentation practices.
Drawing filing in conjunction with the document controller if required.
Ensure compliance with project/ RBG Drafting manual & company standards.

Creation and maintenance of team environment within the drafting team aligned to RBG values.

Good computer Literacy
Good communication skills
The ability to work as part of a team.
The ability to meet deadlines.
Interest in Computational Design skills in Dynamo and Grasshopper.
Attention to detail and accuracy of drawings and modelling work.
