Job Summary
The role isresponsible for identifying new business opportunities within the insurancemarket and implementing innovative strategies to capture niche segments.
Provideexpert advice to clients on selecting appropriate insurance plans based ontheir needs and financial objectives.
Managepayment collection from clients in a timely manner to ensure financialtransactions are executed smoothly.
Create andmaintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Ensurecompliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaboratewith other departments to drive business growth and improve customerexperience.
Any otherrelated duties / projects assigned from time to time to meet the businessneeds.
Requirements
Skills: Confidentcommunicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Wellorganized.
Able towork well under pressure/ with targets.
Good at multitasking.
The abilityto prioritize work.
Goodcomputer skills including Word and Excel.
Able towork alone and part of a team.
Qualifications:
Bachelorsdegree
3 years ofexperience in insurance sales and sales management
Proventrack record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Stronganalytical and problemsolving abilities
Knowledgeof industry regulations and compliance requirements
