Job Summary
Role Overview
The Founders Associate at LeveX will work directly alongside the leadership team closely supporting strategic decisionmaking of key operational projects and driving impactful initiatives across the organization. Youll be deeply involved in critical tasks spanning strategy finance operations business analysis and crossfunctional project leadership. This role is ideal for an ambitious highly analytical professional aiming to rapidly develop executive leadership skills and entrepreneurial capabilities within a fastpaced growthfocused startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with LeveXs senior leadership to manage strategic projects operational improvements and growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify business opportunities.
- Assist with performance and KPI tacking financial performance analysis and financial modelling.
- Drive critical initiatives from ideation to ensuring alignment effective collaboration and timely delivery across teams.
- Develop and manage internal and external communications reporting directly to senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Continuously identify operational efficiencies proposing practical solutions to enhance performance across all teams.
Qualifications :
- 24 years of experience in consulting investment banking or in a strategic role at a highgrowth startup or scaleup.
- Proven track record of independently managing complex projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical rigor and strategic problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelors degree from a globally recognized university (Top50 ranked institutions preferred).
