About the Role:
The R&D Associate will play a key role in supporting of entire R&D day to day functions. The incumbent in this role conducts R&D trails tasting sessions presentations of existing and under development samples to the technical team as per the R&D plans. The incumbent in this role requires a strong background in manufacturing and deep knowledge of meat products processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to SOP given by the company related to the R&D process.
Learn about all the in-house recipes and functioning of the equipment on the test kitchen as well as manufacturing facility.
Cooking of all the samples competitors samples for the internal analysis/presentation.
Evaluate the food products to assure that the quality standards are consistently attained
Operating a variety of most advanced variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including bowl chopper grinder tumbler fryer knives etc.
Maintain all the ingredients supplier data for further analysis as per company requirements.
Maintain high standards for sanitation cleanliness and safety in the innovation kitchen.

Basic sensory analysis skills.
Knowledge about the products and its processing steps.
