Job Summary
What you will do
TheTechnicianis a key role reporting directly to theOperationsSupervisor Aftermarket Controls Segmentand will be based in Abu Aftermarket Controls team carry out service maintenance and retrofit projects onBuilding Management Systems (BMS) used for comfort and energy efficiency across multiple industries including commercial retail and hospitality.
As aTechnicianyou will be responsible for theonsite system verification Operation Planned preventive maintenanceactivities testing & commissioning offit out projects.
As a member of this team you will work within a dynamic environment that provides aplatform for you todevelop your technical and project management skills.
How you will do it
As atechnicianyoumusthaveknowledge oflatestBMS products HVAC control philosophy Instrumentation and electronicswhich you will use for BMS site implementation havehandson experienceprogramming controllers installing &commissioning ofDDC controllers and field devices such as Sensors DPTsValveactuators.
Should Have knowledge about JCI software like Metasys CCT & Integration Protocolwill be added advantage .
Youwilldemonstrate your expertise by conducting system operation training and creating handover documents to ensure a smoothhandover to customers and by always maintaining a high standard of safety.
What we look for
- 3 YearsDiploma inElectrical /Electronicengineeringor equivalent.
- Minimum 2YearsExperience with installation Commissioning & Servicing ofVarious BrandsofBMS system.
- Proven track recordof handling customers on emergency situations like breakdowns and emergency calls.
- Proficient in creatingmonthly/Quarterly PPM reports PPM schedules and ensure all the PPMs have been completed as per schedule and contract terms.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in read and understandingblueprints diagrams submittals and specifications used in installation activities.
- Must adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure all duties are performed in a safe and professional manner.
Preferred
- Experience on Johnson ControlsBMS System.
- Knowledge of programming language like CCT or FBD
- Should be familiar with Facility Management
- Microsoft Word & Excel Mainspring Software
