Ontime Group is searching for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development/Sales professional to join our team for an Aesthetic Clinic in this role you will be instrumental in promoting our aesthetic services and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the aesthetic and beauty industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and preferences
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends within the aesthetic sector
Develop and present customized sales strategies and proposals to prospective clients
Collaborate with medical and cosmetic teams to provide tailored solutions
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets
Monitor competitors and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the clinics services
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences

Requirements

Proven experience in Business Development/Sales within the aesthetic or beauty industry
Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Selfmotivated goaloriented and resultsdriven
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Familiarity with market research and analysis techniques
