Black & Grey HR is hiring a Production Supervisor for a leading packaging manufacturing company in the UAE Specializing in perfume pumps and aerosol valve packaging solutions. The role involves overseeing production operations ensuring product quality managing maintenance activities and leading a team during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in mechanical electrical or electronic engineering and experience in production management.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the production shift ensuring product quality and adherence to safety policies.
Maintain and optimize the performance of automatic assembly lines and machines.
Ensure the of the maintenance plan during the shift.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area and machinery.
Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment breakdowns.
Train team members on SOPs troubleshooting and standard operating procedures.
Monitor and implement the quality control plan for processes and products.
Report operational issues material shortages and abnormalities to management promptly.
Identify process machinery and material improvement opportunities.
Track and meet KPIs defined for the role.
Requirements
Technical background in Mechanical Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
Prior exposure to assembly line operations is a plus.
Experience in the (Packaging) pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry is advantageous.
Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills.
Willing to work rotational day and night shifts in Dubai Industrial City.
