Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and oversee all production activities to meet project demands and deadlines.
- Develop and implement production schedules ensuring efficient use of resources and materials.
- Monitor production performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with design planning and maintenance teams to streamline operations.
- Lead and mentor the production team fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent material shortages or overstocking.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech).
- 8 years of experience in production management preferably in precast construction or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes equipment and materials used in construction.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage largescale production operations.
- Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and best practices is a plus.
