Job Summary
JOB DETAILS: TECHNICAL FOREMAN-SITE SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a competent & experienced Technical Construction Foreman to coordinate operations and oversee workers at work sites. As a Construction Foreman your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.
Construction Foreman duties and responsibilities
Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans
Making & maintaining a team of Masons Carpenters Painters Helpers and Other Site Workers
Allocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they arise
Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures equipments cost estimates & evaluations
Ability to read & execute drawings plans and blueprints
Site supervision & fit out execution
Liaise with clients contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the project
Construction Foreman requirements
Proven experience as construction foreman across technical services/general maintenance works
Minimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experience
Excellent knowledge of industry construction operations techniques equipments tools & materials
Good time-management skills and Ability to multi-task
Having a valid UAE driving license and familiarity with roads and routes of UAE
Engineer or diploma in Civil/Skilled trade.
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Salary: Up to AED 5000/- per month plus Accommodation Transportation Visa & Insurance
Language Preferred: Excellent communication skill in Malayalam/Urdu/Hindi English & Arabic will be advantage
