Job Summary
Job Title: Fabricator Steel Structure and Sheet Metal
Location: Ajman UAE
Salary: 20000 to 40000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Fabricator Steel Structure and Sheet Metal with a strong background in interpreting fabrication and general arrangement (GA) drawings. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of handson experience in fabricating steel structures and sheet metal components ensuring precision quality and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and work from fabrication drawings and GA (General Arrangement) drawings.
Fabricate steel structures and sheet metal parts according to technical specifications.
Measure cut bend and assemble metal components using hand tools machinery and welding techniques.
Ensure accuracy of fabrication tasks by verifying dimensions and tolerances.
Operate machines such as shears press brakes punches and rollers.
Perform quality checks on completed fabrications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with the welding and fitting teams to ensure seamless production flow.
Report any fabrication defects or material discrepancies to the supervisor.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of fabrication tools and equipment.
Essential Qualifications:
Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in steel structure and sheet metal fabrication.
Proven ability to read and interpret fabrication and GA drawings accurately.
ITI/Diploma in Fabrication Mechanical or related trade (preferred but not mandatory).
Understanding of various metal types thicknesses and fabrication methods.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Proficient in using fabrication hand tools machinery and welding equipment.
Good understanding of fabrication techniques for steel structures and sheet metal.
Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and assembly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with workplace safety and PPE usage.
Time management skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
