We are partnering with a well-established organization in the UAE to appoint a senior leader who will oversee the operations and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure and engineering assets.
This role will play a key part in ensuring operational continuity asset reliability and overall performance while driving efficiency safety and continuous improvement across complex operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operations and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure assets across multiple sites
Develop and execute strategies to improve performance reliability and operational efficiency
Oversee maintenance programs including preventive and corrective activities
Ensure uninterrupted operations while managing risks incidents and operational challenges
Drive performance through KPIs reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage and develop high-performing technical and operational teams
Oversee budgets cost control and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and environmental standards
Manage external contractors vendors and service providers
Identify opportunities for innovation process optimization and technology adoption
Requirements
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or related field)
Postgraduate qualification (MBA or similar) is an advantage
Strong experience in operations and maintenance within large-scale infrastructure or industrial environments
Proven leadership experience managing large teams and multi-site operations
Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance strategies
Experience in budgeting planning and performance management
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
