Job Title: Experienced Charter Broker
Location: Remote based
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Charter Brokers to join a dynamic team of aviation professionals. This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record in private aviation sales who are looking to maximize their earning potential while benefiting from a supportive and resourcerich environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by leveraging highvalue leads.
- Arrange private jet charters sourcing the most suitable aircraft and negotiating competitive pricing with operators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operators/vendors to ensure seamless of charters.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and ensuring all details of their travel are handled with precision and care.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with a backoffice support team to streamline operations and focus on client acquisition and retention.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a broker or in a similar sales role within the private aviation industry.
- Strong network and understanding of charter operations and private jet services.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industryspecific tools and platforms is a plus.
