Role Overview

The Construction Manager will be responsible for leading and managing construction activities across projects ensuring timely delivery adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. This role requires a results-driven leader who can optimize construction processes integrate technology and maintain cost and schedule efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations and site activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams subcontractors and consultants.
• Monitor project progress budgets and timelines.
• Implement process improvements and digital tools for efficiency.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability standards.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies for project challenges.
• Foster strong relationships with clients consultants and regulatory authorities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience in construction management including large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and UAE regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in cost control and scheduling.
• Experience in building sectors and villa compound projects.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and claims management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of health safety and environmental compliance standards.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and digital construction tools.
• Proven track record in managing subcontractors and vendor relationships.
