Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment, preferably in construction or engineering sectors.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Bayt, GulfTalent, LinkedIn).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
