ملخص الوظيفة
Job Purpose:
To manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates to meet project and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments.

Job Posting & Branding:
- Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Promote employer branding to attract top talent.

Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.

Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.

Reporting:
- Prepare recruitment status reports and update HR dashboards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment, preferably in construction or engineering sectors.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Bayt, GulfTalent, LinkedIn).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
