Permanent Position: Jr Accountant (UAE National) Company Overview: Star Services LLC is a leading human resources and outsourcing company in the UAE providing innovative and comprehensive solutions to businesses across various industries. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Jr Accountant to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be a UAE National with a passion for accounting and a strong desire to learn and grow within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in accounting to gain valuable experience and advance their career. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports - Maintain accurate and organized financial records - Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Assist with payroll processing and related tasks - Support the month-end and year-end close processes - Perform analysis of financial data and present findings to management - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies - Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation - Keep up-to-date with accounting regulations and industry trends Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance - UAE National with a valid residence visa - 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficient in MS Office and accounting software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and able to work independently - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Benefits: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company - Training and development programs - Collaborative and supportive work environment - Exposure to a variety of industries and clients If you are a UAE National with a passion for accounting and a drive to excel in your career we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Star Services LLC.
