Opportunity:

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detailoriented and motivated AP professional to grow within a dynamic finance environment. As an AP Accountant you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the companys financial operations. The position provides exposure to advanced ERP systems including SAP S/4HANA and offers hands-on experience in managing endtoend accounts payable processes. Candidates who are currently qualified or pursuing a professional qualification are encouraged to apply. Experience in airline accounting will be considered a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Entering invoices accurately and promptly into the accounts payable system.
Processing vendor payments in accordance with company policies and timelines.
Checking reviewing and verifying invoice entries to ensure correctness and compliance.
Filing archiving and maintaining organized historical financial records.
Providing general support to the finance team and assisting colleagues as needed. Performing ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Utilizing ERP systemsprimarily SAP S/4HANAto manage and track AP transactions.
Supporting the reconciliation of accounts and resolving invoice or payment discrepancies.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with spreadsheets efficiently.
Experience with ERP systemsSAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Knowledge of airlines accounts payable processes is an added advantage.
Ability to manage time effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
