Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the establishments reputation for excellence. This position requires a high level of professionalism attention to detail and commitment to superior service. Attendants greet and assist guests take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently. Maintain a clean dining area handle inquiries professionally coordinate with staff and ensure health and safety standards. Deliver exceptional service to create a positive dining experience.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or food service training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
