Job Summary
Apt Resources is excited to announce an opening for an Agricultural Farm Assistant Cleaning Supervisor for our royal palace client in this role you will play a vital part in ensuring that all facilities across the farms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will assist the Cleaning Supervisor in managing a dedicated cleaning team implementing cleaning schedules and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Cleaning Supervisor in overseeing daily cleaning operations across multiple farm locations
- Train and supervise cleaning staff providing guidance and support as necessary
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and health regulations in all areas
- Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and ensure proper usage and storage
- Assist in developing and implementing cleaning schedules and procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to address cleaning-related needs and concerns
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor as needed
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends if necessary
- Must know how to speak Arabic.
Benefits
The salary is AED 1600 plus free accommodation food and other benefits as per labor law.
