Position Overview:
Were expanding our presence in the Middle East and are looking for a highly experienced strategic Account Director based in Dubai. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives on high-impact enterprise sales and enjoys taking full ownership of a portfolio of key accounts.
As an Account Director you will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients ($1B) drive revenue growth and oversee the full account lifecycle. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results acting as the primary strategic point of contact for your accounts. This role is perfect for a senior sales professional who thrives on autonomy strategic problem-solving and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Revenue Growth: Manage the full sales cycle for new and existing enterprise accounts including complex long-cycle deals.
Own Your Accounts: Act as the primary strategic lead for your portfolio managing stakeholders and coordinating internal resources to deliver results.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans expand relationships and identify growth opportunities within your accounts.

Required Experience & Skills:
Experience: 10 years in enterprise sales or account management ideally in technology GRC or related sectors.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and align solutions to client business objectives.
Relationship Builder: Skilled at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple levels.
Autonomous & Self-Driven: Comfortable managing a portfolio independently making decisions and driving results.
Analytical & Insightful: Able to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
Proactive & Outbound: Demonstrated success in sourcing new opportunities and building a strong pipeline.
Collaborative: Works effectively with internal teams while maintaining accountability for own accounts.
