About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and energetic Partnerships Manager to support the delivery and execution of sponsorships during our festival period.

This is an execution-focused servicing roleno salesresponsible for ensuring our partners receive a seamless experience from planning through to live event days.

What Youll Do

Partnership Servicing & Coordination

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners.
• Coordinate branding requirements approvals and deliverables with internal teams (creative production event ops).
• Support partners in finalizing preparing and delivering their on-ground activations.

On-Site Delivery & Quality Control

• Oversee setup branding installation checks and overall partner presence onsite.
• Ensure partner activations meet quality standards and festival guidelines.
• Manage partner needs during festival daysstage mentions sampling flows queue control visibility and general support.

Operational Tracking & Reporting

• Track all partner deliverables and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
• Support with data collection and provide inputs for post-event reporting.

About You

Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced event environments

Detail-oriented and operationally minded

Confident working onsite during build live days weekends and breakdown

Professional client-focused and proactive

What You Need to Apply

• Experience in partnership servicing event sponsorship delivery or brand activation management
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to work extended and weekend hours during festival operations
• Based in Dubai or able to commute throughout the event period
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
