About the Role:
As a Solutions Engineer youll serve as the technical bridge between customerneeds and WebEngages platform capabilities. You will collaborate closely with
Sales Business Development Marketing and Product teams to understandcustomer requirements design tailored solutions and demonstrate how
WebEngage drives business impact.
This role demands a strong mix of technical expertise consultative problem solving and storytelling with the ability to engage confidently across technical
marketing and executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead technical discovery and solutioning sessions with prospects tounderstand business challenges and align them with WebEngagesplatform capabilities.
  2. Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations tailored toboth technical and business stakeholders.
  3. Execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate integration performanceand measurable outcomes.
  4. Respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare detailed technical and functionaldocumentation in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
  5. Collaborate across departments Business Development Marketingand Market Research to identify qualify and support the creation ofTarget Account Lists (TALs).
  6. Engage effectively with IT marketing and business teams to align onsolution architecture data flows and implementation strategy.
  7. Support Sales and Partner Enablement by developing demo assetstraining sessions and knowledge resources to accelerate deal cycles.
  8. Provide structured feedback to internal teams on customer needsproduct improvements and competitive insights.
  9. Contribute to go-to-market initiatives such as events webinars andregional workshops as a technical expert and brand advocate.
Requirements:
  1. Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  2. 5 years of experience in Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering or TechnicalConsulting preferably in SaaS MarTech CDP or Analytics.
  3. Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) dataarchitecture and integration frameworks (APIs SDKs data pipelines).
  4. Basic knowledge of AI concepts including Large Language Models(LLMs) predictive analytics and basic data science principles.
  5. Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value andcommunicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
  6. Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation analytics and CRMecosystems.
  7. Experience with cloud platforms data integration and web/mobileSDKs.
  8. Excellent presentation communication and documentation skills.
  9. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative cross-functionalmindset.
  10. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or relatedtechnical field.
