Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across assigned industries (Healthcare Real Estate/Construction Hospitality).
  • Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates using job portals social channels and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interviews follow-ups salary discussions and offer closures.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and deliver weekly recruitment reports.
  • Ensure a smooth professional and timely candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on UAE labor market trends and industry-specific hiring patterns.

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years of recruitment experience in the UAE (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with UAE visa processes and recruitment compliance is a plus.
  • Prior experience hiring for Healthcare Construction or Hospitality roles is an advantage.
