Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across assigned industries (Healthcare Real Estate/Construction Hospitality).
- Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates using job portals social channels and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews follow-ups salary discussions and offer closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Partner closely with clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and deliver weekly recruitment reports.
- Ensure a smooth professional and timely candidate experience.
- Stay updated on UAE labor market trends and industry-specific hiring patterns.
Requirements
- 1-2 Years of recruitment experience in the UAE (agency experience preferred).
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with UAE visa processes and recruitment compliance is a plus.
- Prior experience hiring for Healthcare Construction or Hospitality roles is an advantage.
