Key Responsibilities

Assist Registered Nurses in delivering personalized care including help with daily living activities and personal grooming
Measure and record vital signs keeping thorough documentation to support patient care
Assist with patient mobility needs and ensure their safety and comfort at all times
Help manage medication adherence by providing reminders and supporting prescribed treatment plans
Educate patients and their families on health-related concerns and ongoing care practices
Uphold infection control standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment
Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare teams to foster collaborative care

Requirements

Valid DHA certification as an Assistant Nurse
Experience in homecare or a similar healthcare setting is an advantage
Proficient communication skills with a strong emphasis on patient interaction
Compassionate and caring approach to nursing
Ability to work independently with strong initiative
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of nursing practices and patient care
Flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs and preferences
