Consulting
The MC Saatchi Consulting pillar (globally) represents multiple trading brands that currently include Clear Re Fluency MCD One-to-One and The Source. Collectively these brands trade in multiple geographies.

Role Purpose
- Be a fearless leader with the ability to guide more junior designers.
- One of clients favourite creative faces one who increasingly makes the Head of Design redundant.
Craft Skills
- Be known for your craft and attention to detail within the agency and the wider industry.
- Be a brand custodian for your day-to-day clients.
- Manage time and projects well across multiple jobs.
- Be a beacon of knowledge in all things design.
- Showcase your skills across platforms and channels.
Concepting
- Raise the bar with novel and effective ideas based on strong insights.
- Showcase the ability to guide and sharpen concepts while still being able to listen to and take guidance from others.
- Own the design and branding creative domains with new ideas.
Inspiration
- Share innovative ideas that push boundaries but also help solve client briefs in a way they didnt think possible.
- Share insights with the wider team to help inspire their idea generation.
- Work to increase design and branding knowledge within the agency.
Strategic Thinking
- Be a partner to your strategic counterparts to solve projects together.
- Strong strategic understanding ideas should align with strategy and audience insights.
Team
- Be a go-to for design guidance and elevate ideas through design.
- Manage your own projects as well as guide the juniors in the team filling in for the Head of Design where possible.
- Report into the Head of Design and support to elevate the design and branding work within the agency.
Leadership & Influence
- Confident at owning conversations around design and branding.
- Ability to feed back to teams on elevating ideas through design to make them the best they can be.
- Promote our agency spirit and values.
