Job Summary

One of our prestigious clients is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Travel Consultant to join their Dubai team immediately.

SALARY: USD 1000 USD 1200

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Respond to B2C travel inquiries from Arabic-speaking clients via WhatsApp phone email and other platforms.
Provide package recommendations and destination information tailored to client preferences.
Coordinate with the Reservations Team to prepare price quotations based on the clients budget.
Follow up and assist clients through to booking confirmation.
Assist with Arabic translations of marketing materials and travel-related content.
Temporarily support initial outreach and follow-up with potential B2B travel agents in the Middle East.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
Proficiency in English is essential.
Previous experience in customer service sales or travel is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for travel and delivering excellent service.
Knowledge of the Maldives as a destination is a plus (training will be provided).
