ملخص الوظيفة
One of our prestigious clients is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Travel Consultant to join their Dubai team immediately.
SALARY: USD 1000 USD 1200
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to B2C travel inquiries from Arabic-speaking clients via WhatsApp phone email and other platforms.
- Provide package recommendations and destination information tailored to client preferences.
- Coordinate with the Reservations Team to prepare price quotations based on the clients budget.
- Follow up and assist clients through to booking confirmation.
- Assist with Arabic translations of marketing materials and travel-related content.
- Temporarily support initial outreach and follow-up with potential B2B travel agents in the Middle East.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service sales or travel is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for travel and delivering excellent service.
- Knowledge of the Maldives as a destination is a plus (training will be provided).
