As F&B Marketing Manager you will shape the narrative of Delano Dubais dining destinations. You will amplify each venues identity curate meaningful storytelling and bring to life experiences that feel considered contemporary and unmistakably Delano. This role calls for a marketer with a refined creative sensibility strong commercial intuition and a natural ability to translate vision into compelling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative
Define and protect the Delano tone of voice across all F&B marketing touchpoints ensuring elegance clarity and modernity.
Curate elevated visual and written content that reflects Delanos world of design culture and lifestyle.
Lead photoshoots and video direction with a discerning eye for detail and aesthetic cohesion.
Marketing Strategy
Build strategic marketing plans to drive awareness guest engagement and revenue for restaurants lounges and bars.
Shape campaign concepts that feel fresh relevant and aligned with the Delano ethos.
Partner with leadership to position each venue with clarity and distinction.
Digital & Social Presence
Oversee digital storytelling across all channels ensuring a seamless and aspirational online presence.
Drive social media strategy in collaboration with the Social Media Manager with a focus on high-quality content influencers and digital reach.
Ensure all digital listings and platforms reflect the Delano experience with accuracy and polish.
Public Relations & Influencers
Work closely with PR partners to secure meaningful press moments features and editorial coverage.
Build authentic relationships with influencers and tastemakers who embody Delanos aesthetic and values.
Host media creatives and partners for tailored experiences that showcase the soul of our venues.
Experiences Partnerships & Activations
Conceptualise and support distinctive F&B activations that elevate the guest journey.
Develop partnerships with lifestyle brands cultural institutions and design-forward collaborators.
Ensure every activation feels intentional elevated and true to the Delano spirit.
Commercial & Insights
Track performance of all campaigns with a clear understanding of guest behaviour and revenue impact.
Use insights to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications :
International Experience: Bring at least 46 years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands. A strong creative profile with excellent storytelling copywriting and visual communication skills. Deep understanding of contemporary luxury digital culture and the UAE market. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility and poise.
