Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain ice-making machinery.
- Monitor refrigeration units pressure gauges and temperatures.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform routine defrosting.
- Conduct slump tests cube tests sieve analysis and moisture testing.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Ensure equipment calibration and quality compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience in refrigeration or ice plant equipment.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in concrete lab testing.
- Knowledge of ASTM/BS testing standards.
