As a Product Support Operations Consultant you will play a key role in improving dealer operational performance and aftermarket processes across the EAME region. Working closely with Caterpillar teams and our dealer network you will lead initiatives that enhance efficiency customer experience and business growth through strategic collaboration and process excellence.
This role will have a specific focus on the execution of Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) and Condition Monitoring to ensure operational excellence and deliver on customer commitments.
