Key Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics Risk Management or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
Proactive detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to thrive in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Support senior advisors in conducting research data analysis and preparing client presentations.
Assist in the development of advisory reports and strategic recommendations.
Participate in client meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
Help maintain project documentation and track progress against deliverables.
Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends regulatory changes and best practices.
Preferred Attributes:
Internship or project experience in consulting advisory or related fields.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
