Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective students.

  • Conduct consultations to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.

  • Convert leads into enrollments through follow-ups effective communication and strong product knowledge.

  • Maintain and update CRM records with student information and sales activities.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and corporate clients.

  • Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and class scheduling.

  • Participate in marketing events open days and promotional activities.

  • Keep up-to-date with course offerings promotions and competitor trends.

  • Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management.



Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales preferably in the education or training industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems email and basic office software.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic) are an advantage.
