As we continue to grow we are looking for an Executive Assistant to CEO to provide high-level support manage key priorities coordinate executive operations and assist in driving initiatives.
Requirements
Provide high-impact executive support to the CEO by managing priorities time information flow and follow-through enabling the CEO to focus on strategic commercial and leadership responsibilities.
The role also ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office environment where this directly supports executive effectiveness and business operations.
This role is primarily reactive-to-priority but proactive in execution anticipation and preparation.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & SKILLS
Required
At least 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant Senior PA or similar role
Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Experience operating in fast-paced changing environments
Nice to Have
Experience supporting founders or CEOs in scaling organizations
Experience in technology consulting or professional services environments
Exposure to multi-entity or multi-brand organizations
Technical & Soft Skills
Executive-level written and verbal communication
Calendar and time management discipline
Action tracking and follow-up rigor
Stakeholder management without authority
Strong documentation habits
High emotional intelligence and discretion
Ability to say no or not now appropriately
