Job Title: Sales Associate Event Management & Entertainment Coordination

Overview:

Join a dynamic event marketing and performance management company that specializes in providing world-class entertainers and performers to luxury hotels corporate events and high-end private functions. As a Sales Associate youll play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads meeting clients and coordinating talent bookings. This is a highly field-focused role requiring a proactive confident communicator with a passion for events and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

Develop and pursue leads for entertainment bookings with hotels event agencies and corporate clients.
Conduct in-person meetings to pitch services understand client needs and build strong relationships.
Coordinate with performers and entertainment teams to schedule and assign gigs.
Manage all pre-event coordination including logistics confirmations and client updates.
Maintain client communication and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and future business.
Provide on-ground support when needed and represent the company during key events.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in sales or event coordination preferably in entertainment or hospitality.
Must have a valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a presentable personality.
Flexibility to work in the field and meet clients across various locations daily.
