    What youll be doing:

    - Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and other departments.

    - Coordinate and manage meetings events and travel arrangements.

    - Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations as needed.

    - Document and Records Management:Ensure proper management and organization of company documents and records.

    - Oversee document filing systems and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

    - Manage both physical and electronic filing systems to maintain confidentiality and accessibility.

    - Budget and Expense Management:Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for administrative expenses.

    - Monitor office expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

    - Customer and Client Relations:Act as a liaison between the organization and clients or visitors.

    - Handle inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a professional manner.

    - Support various projects by coordinating tasks resources and timelines.

    - Ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed as scheduled.


    What we need:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
