Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for major accounts addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling cross-selling and new business development within existing accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor account performance analyze KPIs and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teamssales marketing product and logisticsto deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities in the automotive sector.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
- 35 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive products technology and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deliver results within deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Analytical strategic and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
